Duties

• Safely operate commercial trucks with auto-transmission across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Deliver freight efficiently to various locations while managing route driving schedules and communicating proactively with dispatch
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports for compliance and record-keeping purposes
• Assist with securing loads on flatbeds.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record and experience operating tractor-trailers or similar commercial vehicles
• Prior experience as a delivery driver or in freight transportation is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of route driving best practices and safety protocols in commercial trucking
• Physical ability to lift heavy cargo and perform vehicle inspections regularly
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel long distances as required
