CDL DRIVER – LOCAL ROUTES

RYCO Waste Management is looking for a dependable, safety-focused CDL driver to join our growing team in Longview, Texas.

This position includes operating multiple types of equipment including:

• Pickup trucks
• Front load garbage trucks
• Hook trucks / roll-off trucks

All routes are local and home daily, primarily operating within a 50-mile radius of Longview.

• Ability to inspect and care for equipment properly
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and stay organized on route
• CDL required (experience preferred)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment
• Complete local waste routes efficiently and professionally
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of assigned equipment
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Watch carefully for property damage, overhead obstacles, tight spaces, and safety hazards
