Responsibilities

• Safely operate a range of commercial trucks, including tractor-trailers
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
• Follow designated routes for delivery and pick-up schedules, ensuring timely arrivals at each destination.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance reports in accordance with federal regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route changes, delays, or issues encountered on the road.

Skills

• Proven experience in truck driving with a valid CDL A license and a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with route driving strategies to optimize delivery times while ensuring safety.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations related to commercial driving and vehicle maintenance.
