Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Commercial Driver's License (CDL) A Truck Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers and various specialized trucks to deliver freight efficiently across designated routes. Your expertise in driving a range of vehicle types—including manual transmission trucks, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks—will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailers and commercial trucks with manual transmissions across various routes and delivery points.
• Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring proper handling and securement of cargo.
• Deliver goods to customers efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Manage the inspection of vehicles before and after trips, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery documentation, and route details in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Assist with the loading and unloading process for refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, or specialized trucks as required.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that arise during transit.

Experience

• Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in commercial driving, including route driving and delivery operations.
• Hands-on experience with various truck types such as flatbeds, refrigerated trailers, tankers, dump trucks, or roll-off trucks is preferred.
• Familiarity with load securement techniques and freight handling procedures.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently.
• Prior experience using forklifts or similar equipment for loading/unloading is a plus.

Pay: $0.50 - $0.52 per mile
