We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Class A Driver to operate roll-off trucks delivering and picking up dumpsters at residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy trucks, navigating residential areas, and providing professional customer service while maintaining safety and efficiency on every route.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, place, and remove roll-off dumpsters at residential and commercial job sites
• Operate roll-off truck safely and in compliance with DOT regulations
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues immediately
• Secure loads properly and ensure safe transportation of dumpsters and debris
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route progress, delays, and job status
• Navigate tight residential streets, driveways, and construction areas safely
• Maintain accurate delivery and pickup documentation
• Keep truck clean and professionally maintained
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and pickups
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Previous roll-off, dump truck, or heavy equipment experience preferred
• Ability to safely back trailers and maneuver in tight spaces
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Preferred Experience

• Roll-off dumpster experience
• Construction or waste industry background
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle inspections

Work Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday with occasional weekends and overtime as needed

Work Environment

Drivers will operate in residential neighborhoods, construction sites, and commercial locations. This position requires frequent entering/exiting of the truck and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
