Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various trucks and heavy-duty vehicles to deliver goods efficiently across designated routes and client job sites. This position requires travel to specific client locations for 1–2 weeks at a time, supporting project-based work in a variety of environments.

Your expertise in commercial driving, vehicle operation, and load handling will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced logistics operation with a focus on safety, precision, and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Safely operate a variety of trucks including front loader, rear loader, roll-off, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and flatbeds to transport materials and goods
• Travel to designated client job sites for extended assignments (1–2 weeks at a time) as needed
• Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques or specialized equipment, ensuring secure placement for transit
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle maintenance records
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures during transportation activities
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and address any issues promptly
• Assist with heavy lifting tasks as needed, utilizing mechanical knowledge of trucks and lifting equipment to prevent injuries

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for operating heavy trucks and specialized vehicles
• Willingness and ability to travel and stay on-site at client job locations for 1–2 weeks at a time
• Proven experience in commercial driving, delivery operations, or related roles with a strong safety record
• Mechanical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks such as front loaders, rear loaders, roll-offs, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and flatbeds
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles confidently and handle complex vehicle controls
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently throughout the workday
• Familiarity with load & unload procedures using various truck types and equipment
• Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety, punctuality, and customer service

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
