Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of trucks and trailers to deliver agricultural commodities and machinery efficiently. Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailers, including flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and other commercial vehicles.
• Load and unload cargo efficiently using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring proper handling and securing of goods.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
• Follow planned routes accurately while adapting to traffic conditions and delivery schedules to meet deadlines.
• Maintain detailed logs of driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle inspections in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies to promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with endorsements suitable for operating tractor-trailers, flatbeds, or tankers.
• Proven experience in truck driving or commercial delivery roles, preferably with experience in agriculture.
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is preferred; ability to operate various types of trucks confidently.
• Experience with load & unload procedures and equipment like forklifts is advantageous.
• Knowledge of route driving best practices and safety regulations governing commercial transportation.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and performing vehicle inspections regularly.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and clients.
• Overtime opportunity during peak season.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
