Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. Duties

• Safely operate a variety of trucks including front loader and roll-off, with manual transmissions.
• Load and unload materials or waste using appropriate equipment and techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure mechanical soundness and report any issues promptly.
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies to maintain safe driving practices at all times.
• Assist with heavy lifting when necessary during loading or unloading processes, utilizing mechanical aids or manual effort as required.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, deliveries, pickups, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and resolve any logistical issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the types of trucks operated.
• Proven experience in commercial driving, delivery operations, or waste management roles.
• Mechanical knowledge of trucks and related equipment to perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance checks.
• Experience operating front loader trucks, rear loader trucks, roll-off trucks, dump trucks, flatbeds, and tractor-trailers preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during loading/unloading activities.
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is essential.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and transportation regulations.
