Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver to join our transportation team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating semi-tractor trailers securely. Duties

• Safely operate commercial vehicles with dry van and flatbed trailers according to all traffic laws and company policies
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical issues and ensure vehicle readiness before each route
• Communicate clearly with team members and dispatchers using effective English or bilingual communication skills
• Maintain accurate logs of routes, customer counts, safety checks, and incident reports as required by regulations

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for bus or passenger vehicle operation
• Proven experience in commercial driving
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to manage behavior effectively in a variety of settings and handle challenging situations calmly
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods, and perform routine vehicle inspections
