Commercial Electrical Foreman

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead and oversee electrical construction projects within commercial settings. This role is vital in ensuring that electrical installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on-site, you will coordinate teams, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations. Your expertise will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes quality workmanship and safety excellence.

• 10+ years of commercial electrical field experience — this is a must
• Georgia Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferredLead and manage field crews of 3–8 electricians on commercial and residential projects
• Oversee conduit installation (EMT, rigid, PVC), panel work, switchgear, and transformer connections
• Read and interpret blueprints, single-line diagrams, and electrical plans
• Coordinate daily with ownership, GCs, and project stakeholders
• Enforce NEC code compliance and jobsite safety at all times
• Hands-on experience with switchgear, transformers, and distribution systems
• Proven track record managing crews and meeting project deadlines
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and OSHA safety standards
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings without supervision

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
