Commercial Electrical Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to lead ground-up, remodel, and interior buildout projects throughout South Florida. This position is ideal for a driven, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced commercial construction environment and can manage projects from planning through closeout with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial electrical projects from start to finish

• Coordinate field labor, materials, equipment, scheduling, and inspections

• Track budgets, forecasts, change orders, and overall project profitability

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, general contractors, inspectors, and vendors

• Oversee submittals, RFIs, drawings, and documentation for compliance

• Collaborate closely with field superintendents and foremen to ensure safety, quality, and workflow

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical project management experience

• Strong knowledge of NEC, construction sequencing, and commercial electrical systems

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Healthcare construction experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

• Competitive Benefits Package
