As a Mario Castillo Electric Commercial (B2B) Field Sales Representative (CFSR), you will be responsible for selling our electrical services to our commercial customers in the field. As the CFSR, you will be responsible for establishing contact with new leads and/or existing customers, identifying new opportunities, following up with potential leads, and closing the deals (Inbound sales). You will also be expected to monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand customer base/revenue opportunities (Outbound sales). Lastly, you will also assist owners with any administrative processes that might be required before, during, and after the sale is complete.

- Provide estimates using applicable products/services offered by MC Electric.
- For large projects expect to meet with clients before (pre-construction meeting), during (to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues/questions), and after (to deliver the finished service).
- Assist lead techs with problem-solving if any issues arise with the client during the construction phase.
- Reach out to potential prospects in person or by telephone. Prospective customers include: Client Referrals, Tesla, Spam, Qmerit, other platforms, Warehouses, Universities, Property Management firms, Electric Engineering Firms, company existing customers, among others. List and contact details to be provided by the company.
- Follow-up on estimates provided by responding to customer inquiries and closing the deals.
- Assist with the process of obtaining required building permits for projects (e.g. drafting plot plans, working with architects (load calculations), pulling city permits, meeting city inspectors, etc.)
- Assist with ordering parts/materials needed for the jobs.
- Maintain all customer information in assigned territory for sales management in MC Electric CRM software and update client information in the company contact database when needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new services
- Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials, customer retention, pricing and expand the company’s marketing presence in alignment with the company's strategies, objectives, vision, mission and core values
- Maintain assigned company vehicles and equipment provided
- Travel within the MC Electric assigned market
- All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other job duties as assigned

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
