Functional Responsibilities:
Field Operations:
- Lead and support the CTS technical team in the assigned geographical region.
- Receive all CTS related Customer Service tickets (Installations, De-Installations and Corrective Maintenance).
- Schedule and assign daily visits based on technicians’ availability, service level agreements and urgency.
- Conduct double\coaching visits to monitor performance and provide guidance.
- Conduct audit\back-check visits to ensure service completion, assess equipment condition as well as the documentation completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct market visits with Sales team to create close alignment and partnership.
- Report system (Service Excellence & SAP) related incidents to Business Process Management and follow-up until resolution.
- Process all fleet related expenses (maintenance and fuel) on SAP and monitor expenditure.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed in site\on-road and process accident related information on ARISO.
Warehouse Management:
- Responsible for Equipment and Spare Parts warehouse management.
- Conduct regular physical counts and ensure zero discrepancy in warehouse, workshop and service vans.
- Manage service vans as mobile warehouses (2 - 7 mobile warehouses).
- Process all warehouse related transactions; receiving and issuing on Service Excellence
- Working closely with the Logistics & Support Manager to ensure full compliance with safety, storage and cleaning guidelines.

Responsible for the damaged equipment scrapping and while keeping parts that can be re-used
Education, Certifications and Licenses:
- High Institute, Diploma or equivalent
- Profound knowledge of Cooling Systems
- Basic Warehouse Management is a plus
Knowledge and Experience:
- 3+ years doing the same or similar
- 1+ years in a leading role
