As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly organized and commercially driven Commercial & Estimation Coordinator to support and strengthen our quotation process, proposal management, project costing, supplier coordination, and overall operational efficiency.

Position Overview

The Commercial & Estimation Coordinator will play a key operational role within the business and will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end quotation and estimation process across technical services, renovation, fit-out, and interior-related projects.

The ideal candidate must possess strong UAE market experience in technical services and/or fit-out estimation, with the ability to coordinate effectively between business development, operations, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and management to ensure accurate and timely proposal submissions.

This role requires a highly organized professional with strong technical understanding, commercial awareness, coordination capabilities, and problem-solving skills who can take ownership of quotation workflows and contribute to improving operational structure and efficiency within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the full quotation and estimation lifecycle from inquiry intake through final proposal submission
• Prepare detailed quotations, BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial proposals for technical services, renovation, fit-out, and interior projects
• Review project scopes, site information, technical requirements, and client requests to ensure accurate pricing and proposal development
• Consolidate technical, operational, supplier, and subcontractor inputs into structured and professional proposals
• Ensure timely turnaround of quotations and maintain proper tracking of proposal status and submissions
• Coordinate revisions, clarifications, and updates throughout the proposal process
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to gather required technical and pricing information
• Support management in reviewing project costing, margins, pricing strategies, and commercial feasibility
• Assist in identifying project risks, scope gaps, and costing considerations during the estimation phase
• Review supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitiveness and alignment with project requirements
• Maintain updated pricing records, supplier databases, and estimation templates
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain pricing, technical details, lead times, and material information
• Support sourcing coordination for technical services, fit-out materials, and project-related requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors across the UAE market
• Support the business development team by ensuring accurate and timely preparation of commercial proposals
• Contribute to improving internal quotation workflows, coordination processes, and operational systems
• Maintain organized project costing records, quotation logs, and proposal documentation

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in estimation, commercial coordination, technical services, fit-out, or contracting environments
• Strong understanding of technical services, maintenance works, renovation projects, and fit-out processes
• Experience preparing BOQs, quotations, cost estimates, and commercial proposals
• Ability to interpret project scopes, technical requirements, and execution-related information
• Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple departments and stakeholders
• Commercial awareness and understanding of pricing structures, supplier coordination, and project costing
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple quotations and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience dealing with subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement coordination within the UAE market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, BOQ preparation, and proposal documentation
• Experience with AutoCAD and technical drawings is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Fluent English required. Arabic is an advantage
• UAE driving license is preferred
