Commercial Estimator/Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of construction processes. You will be responsible for quoting the jobs, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires effective communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct thorough cost control measures to maintain project profitability.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Prepare detailed construction estimates and budgets for projects.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and changes.

Experience

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry is essential.
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including estimating and cost control.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety protocols is required.
