VitrA Tiles, which ranks first in exports to the EU, started production in Istanbul Tuzla in 1991 and in Bilecik Bozüyük in 1992. VitrA Tiles, which has been producing ceramic tiles in its factory in Russia since 2011, has a total annual production capacity of 30 million square meters. VitrA's tiles with the "TSE Double Star" Certificate also hold the first eco-label given by the European Union to a ceramic brand from Turkey. Our production facility in Bozuyuk has been included in the "Global Lighthouse Network", which the World Economic Forum (WEF) selects as the most advanced production facilities in the world and points out as the "production facility of the future".
What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?
• Take actions across channels, customer segments, products and lead business development projects to achieve VitrA Tiles’ short-term sales and profitability targets as well as long-term growth plans,
• Prepare the regional budget in coordination with sales teams based on channels and product groups, define monthly allocations, and develop strategies to ensure budget compliance,
• Guide sales teams to achieve budgeted sales volumes while planing and analyzing sales promotions and campaigns,
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and develop related strategies and action plans,
• Provide sales forecasts by market, product category, and series to support accurate factory capacity planning for the Supply Chain Department,
• Collect market insights through regular dealer visits, identify issues, and implement improvement solutions,
• Support the creation of discount/price models for VitrA Tiles in relevant markets and determine pricing,
• Monitor customer satisfaction and collaborate with other teams to take actions based on customer satisfaction survey results,
• Ensure communication activities in the market align with strategy and approve related implementations,
• Support the organization of local fairs and customer events.
Who Are We Looking For?
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Engineering),
• 4+ years of experience in commercial strategy, sales, pricing, or related fields,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel,
• Proficient in financial analysis with strong analytical skills for interpreting data, performing accurate financial calculations, and evaluating the financial implications of business strategies,
• Ability to use CRM software and sales tracking systems,
• Ability to conduct data analyses and develop data-driven strategies,
• Strategic mindset with the ability to plan long term,
• Result-oriented and proactive working approach,
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills,
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken),
• Residing in Istanbul,
• Strong communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with sales and supply chain processes.
