Job Title: Commercial Executive -ITAD (for Africa Market)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Enviroserve Services, equally owned by Dubal Holding and Tadweer Group, is expanding its global ITAD operations and hiring a Commercial Executive to lead refurbished laptop and mobile device sales into the African market.

This is a pure sales and commercial role for someone who understands African markets deeply, has strong connections or experience in device trading, and is ready to grow this business segment aggressively.

What This Role Involves

• Lead sales of refurbished and graded laptops, mobile phones, and other ICT Products into African regions.• Build and manage relationships with distributors, traders, wholesalers, and bulk buyers• Identify new customers, channels, and untapped African markets• Conduct competitive pricing research and market intelligence• Travel to African regions for client meetings, deal negotiation, and exhibitions• Drive consistent revenue growth and meet defined KPIs and sales targets• Manage commercial documentation, quotations, and contract flow

You’re a Strong Fit If You Have:

• Proven experience in African markets (mandatory)• Background in ITAD, electronics trading, or refurbished & Used device sales• Strong network or understanding of African distribution channels• Confidence in closing deals and managing B2B buyers• High energy, resilience, and a target-focused mindset• Strong negotiation, pricing, and commercial acumen
