Commercial Executive – KSA (Field Sales & Retail Expansion)

Nutrili is a fast-growing wellness brand redefining what supplements can be. With teams across Dubai and Riyadh, we create science-backed products that people genuinely enjoy using — from gummies and collagen to daily essentials designed to support real lifestyles.


As we continue to scale our B2B and retail footprint, we’re looking for a Commercial Executive to support our growth across key partners and venues. Reporting into the Commercial team, this role plays a critical part in expanding distribution, strengthening existing relationships, and ensuring excellent execution on the ground.


You’ll be involved across new business development, account support, order coordination, and in-market activations. Over time, you’ll be trained to take ownership of larger accounts and grow into a more senior commercial role.


This is a strong opportunity for someone ambitious, hands-on, and eager to build a career in commercial roles within a fast-moving FMCG environment.


This role is Riyadh-based and involves regular field work across the city.


What You’ll Be Doing

New Business & Account Development (40%)

  • Map Riyadh to identify potential stockists, venues, and partners
  • Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships
  • Support new listings through outreach, follow-ups, and negotiations
  • Spend regular time in the field visiting prospective and existing partners

Partner Execution & In-Market Visibility (30%)

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing B2B and retail partners
  • Support promotions, sampling, and activation initiatives
  • Ensure Nutrili products are well-placed, visible, and correctly merchandised
  • Share field insights on competitor activity, promotions, and POS best practices

Operations, Orders & Coordination (30%)

  • Support B2B order processing and tracking across internal systems
  • Assist with onboarding new customers, including documentation and line forms
  • Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and support account administration


What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Genuine interest in health, wellness, or consumer brands
  • Driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who works well across teams
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • 2–5 years experience in sales, operations, trade marketing, or a related role
  • FMCG, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
