Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic leader with extensive expertise in commercial facilities management to oversee the operations and maintenance of large-scale office and commercial projects (Core & Shell + tenant management). The ideal candidate will develop and implement operational frameworks, ensure sustainability and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the operations and maintenance of multiple commercial and office facilities.

Oversee project handover from contractors (Testing & Commissioning + Fit-out Coordination).

Manage tenant relationships and ensure the highest standards of tenant satisfaction.

Develop and implement operational templates, SOPs, and O&M manuals.

Establish standardized operational frameworks across all projects.

Manage service contracts (Hard & Soft Services) and monitor service quality.

Prepare and manage O&M budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.

Track KPIs and provide executive-level performance reports.

Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental standards.

Lead accreditation initiatives (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001 – LEED).

Drive digital transformation in facilities management (CAFM, BMS, smart systems).

Develop risk management strategies and business continuity plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Facilities Management.

Minimum 12–15 years of experience in large-scale facilities management, with at least 5 years in commercial/office projects.

Proven expertise in Core & Shell, Fit-out, Testing & Commissioning.

Professional certifications required:

CFM – Certified Facility Manager (IFMA) or FMP.

PMP – Project Management Professional (PMI).

Preferred: LEED accreditation.

Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
