Commercial Finance Analyst - GETM

The position will be : Commercial Finance Analyst - GETM based in Egypt.

Direct Reporting: Finance Director – Global Exports & Trade Markets

We are looking for a commercially savvy and analytically driven Commercial Finance Analyst to join our GETM team, this role will play a key part in driving financial performance through insightful analysis, supporting commercial decisions, and ensuring effective management of working capital, including AP and AR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales, pricing, and margin performance to support commercial strategies.
• Prepare financial models and forecasts aligned with business plans.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
• Support budgeting and planning cycles with accurate financial data.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and commercial teams.
• Manage and optimize Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable cycles to ensure healthy cash flow and working capital efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and maintain records of all transactions.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, negotiate payment terms, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile customer accounts, resolve payment and claims discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of all receivables and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A or commercial controlling , preferably within FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP )and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
