To support our growth and strengthen our financial strategy, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to lead financial planning and drive business performance.

Role Overview

The Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, analyzing business performance, and providing strategic insights to support commercial decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to align finance with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Provide commercial insights to support sales, marketing, and operational strategies.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Manage financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee financial systems, processes, and controls to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Mentor and guide finance staff to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA) preferred.
  • 8–10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a commercial or corporate finance leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing financial operations in retail, F&B, or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
