Sales Representative Team Lead
Full-Time Employment: Base pay + commissions + full benefits
Vertical Ownership: senior living sales nationwide
Ideal Candidate (Senior Living Focus):
✅ 2+ years selling to senior living communities, active adult/55+ properties, or assisted living facilities
✅ Proven closing $25K+ monthly fitness/wellness deals
✅ Existing relationships with senior living directors, regional operators, or facility managers
✅ Independent hunter who thrives on relationship sales
✅ Daytime availability M-F with travel flexibility
✅ Understands senior living needs: low-impact equipment, safety features, easy maintenance, durable for daily use
Position Summary: Own end-to-end senior living fitness solutions from your local base:
- Sell wellness centers for active adult communities (cardio, strength, balance equipment)
- Design, procure equipment, install, service, asset/warranty management
- Target your local market + national senior living chains
- Leverage our full-service edge over OEMs and national chains
Job Requirements
✅ Senior living sales track record ($25K+ monthly closes)
✅ Reliable transportation for facility visits
✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ Clean background & drug test
✅ Professional appearance
Work Schedule & Pay
Part-time (15-20 hrs/wk) or full-time, M-F daytime
10-20% travel for key facilities
100% commission start (uncapped on senior living deals)
Contractors first 3 months/200 hours full-time eligible
