Compensation: $18-$24 per hour, with final compensation based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Role Summary

The Commercial Framing and Drywall Team Member at Higgins Group Inc. supports the installation of metal framing, drywall, and acoustic ceiling systems on commercial construction projects. This role contributes to safe, efficient jobsite production by completing work in accordance with project plans, quality standards, and schedules. Team members work under foreman direction, collaborate across trades, and represent Higgins Group with professionalism on every jobsite. Travel to multiple project locations may be required.

Core Responsibilities

• Install metal stud framing, track, and related components
• Hang drywall on walls and ceilings, including large-scale interior systems
• Install acoustic ceiling systems, including T-grid and specialty components
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and reflected ceiling plans (RCPs)
• Assist with material handling, staging, and jobsite preparation
• Travel to and work at multiple commercial job locations as required
