Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Level Furniture Space Planner and Interior Designer located in San Diego County, CA. This person will be responsible for creating and developing comprehensive floor plans, space planning, interior design concepts, and construction drawings. The role involves using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to visualize and implement design solutions, Rendering Software to make the project come to life and PowerPoint to create presentations. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients and team members to ensure projects meet all functional and aesthetic requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and developing detailed Floor Plans
• Experience in Interior Design and creating Construction Drawings
• Skilled in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in office furniture is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
