What You’ll Be Doing
As a Commercial Glazier, you’ll be responsible for installing and finishing commercial glass systems that meet both structural and aesthetic standards — whether working independently or alongside a crew.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring installs are done right the first time, while representing the company professionally on job sites.

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)
- Complete installs that pass inspection with minimal rework
- Accurately install storefront, curtain wall, and framing systems to spec

Key Responsibilities
- Install commercial glass systems (storefront, curtain wall, aluminum framing)
- Read and execute from shop drawings and field measurements
- Handle glass using proper rigging, lifting, and safety protocols
- Seal, glaze, and finish systems to manufacturer and project specs
- Identify field issues early and communicate solutions proactively

Qualifications (Outcome-Focused)

Preferred Experience
- Systems like Kawneer, Tubelite, YKK, or similar
- Experience mentoring helpers or apprentices
- Ability to troubleshoot field issues without constant supervision
Compensation & Benefits
- $25–$35/hour (based on experience and contribution)
- $58,500 – $81,900 annual equivalent
