Job Summary

We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead commercial glass and glazing projects from contract to closeout. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, submittals, and field coordination to keep projects on track. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and know how to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage aluminum storefront, curtain wall, and glazing projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with GCs, vendors, field crews, and internal estimators
• Oversee submittals, shop drawings, material orders, and delivery schedules
• Track costs, RFIs, and change orders to keep projects profitable
• Conduct site visits and resolve jobsite conflicts in real-time
• Ensure safety, quality, and scope compliance on all installs
• Use software tools (e.g., Procore, Excel) to manage project documentation
• Leadership with Field Crews

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in glazing, construction, or commercial subcontracting
• Strong understanding of storefront, curtain wall, and door hardware systems
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
• Valid driver's license

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
