We are looking for a Commercial Field Supervisor to lead crews, drive production, and uphold our standards in the field.

Position Overview

The Commercial Field Supervisor is responsible for managing field operations, overseeing installation crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to company standards. This role is critical in bridging communication between the field, project management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead commercial HVAC installation crews
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities and manpower
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope
• Enforce company safety standards and jobsite compliance
• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and submittals
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers and office staff
• Monitor quality control and installation standards
• Train and mentor mechanics and apprentices
• Maintain accurate daily reports and job progress updates
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• Strong knowledge of ductwork, equipment installation, and controls
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and accountable
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
