Manages production through direction and installation of mechanical systems.
Responsible for planning, laying out and overall efficiencies of project installation
Responsible for communicating and ordering material on time
Required to collaborate and communicate with field supervisors and project managers
Coordinate and document additional work over and above project scope through the creation of approved and signed time and material tickets
Record keeping of daily job production required (Daily Reports) each day
Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of systems installed (As-Builts)
Responsible for onsite communication with subcontractors
Responsible for the efficient use, safety, and termination of all rental equipment
Responsible the securement and organization of onsite material, including inventorying all additional material for efficient job site pickup and returns
Manages the securement of all Peterson property on the job site
