CCAC Building Solutions has delivered trusted HVAC services across NC for 55+ years. We’re growing and looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Install Technician to join our Greensboro team.

What You’ll Do:

• Install and service commercial HVAC systems (1–5 ton units, splits, ductwork, gas piping, electrical, brazing, crane rigging).
• Handle start-ups, charging, and paperwork via BuildOps system/tablet.
• Experience with high and low voltage installation.
• Ability to start up and charge systems
• Communicate with clients, team, and vendors.
• Ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years’ commercial install experience.
• High school diploma (college coursework a plus).
• CFC Type 2 or higher (or ability to obtain).
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Commercial HVAC Install: 5 years (Preferred)
• Residential hvac/Light commercial: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

• EPA Certification (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Garner, NC 27529 (Required)
