Now Hiring: Experienced Commercial HVAC Installer

TSS HVAC Services is hiring a skilled commercial installer with strong blueprint reading and sheet metal experience. We have a steady commercial backlog and do not rotate installers into residential service.

If you can read plans, lay out ductwork, and complete installs without constant supervision, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• Install commercial RTUs, split systems, and VRF/VRV systems
• Fabricate and install sheet metal duct and fittings
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Perform takeoffs and material lists
• Coordinate crane picks and equipment setting
• Install gas piping, economizers, and controls tie-ins
• Perform startup and basic commissioning
• Maintain jobsite safety and meet project deadlines

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC install experience
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Sheet metal layout and fabrication experience
• Ability to work independently
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work on rooftops
