• Full time
• Onsite, in the office or in the field
• Monday-Friday, ~7:30am-5pm EST

Overview

Marshall Mechanical is hiring a dependable, motivated HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with others, and wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

The HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing heating, cooling, refrigeration, ductwork, and hydronic equipment primarily for commercial applications. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Experience with cranes and rigging is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Install HVAC/R systems of all types along with ductwork, light electrical and plumbing
• Replacement of existing heating and cooling systems
• Read and follow blueprints and installation specifications
• Ensure all work meets local codes and company standards
• Troubleshoot installation issues as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• HVAC installation experience preferred (entry-level applicants willing to learn are encouraged to apply)
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
