Commercial HVAC Installer/Technician

Seeking an EXPERIENCED commercial HVAC Installer/Technician. If you just completed HVAC school, do not apply. This position is for an experience candidate. Ideal candidates have a solid background in commercial (and residential) HVAC systems, strong installation skills, and a basic understanding in troubleshooting. Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction is required.

Responsibilities:

• Install commercial & residantial HVAC equipment per plans and manufacturer specifications
• Perform equipment set-up, mounting, duct/connective work, piping, and controls hookup.
• Experience in spiral, rectangle and flex ducting installation.
• Conduct basic RTU troubleshooting and diagnostics (preferred)
• Ensure installations meet industry codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper documentation of work
• Communicate professionally with customers and address on-site questions
• Follow company safety protocols and report issues promptly

Requirements:

• Proven experience installing commercial HVAC systems (experience with residential work a plus)
• Familiarity with RTUs, basic troubleshooting, controls, and common HVAC components
• Ability to read blueprints and follow installation specifications
• Own reliable transportation — Preferably a truck or van (MUST HAVE)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Tools and basic installation equipment (company may provide specialized tools as needed)
• Professional attitude, punctuality, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Must be able to lift and handle heavy equipment and work in varied jobsite conditions
• Ability to read electrical schematic is a plus.
