Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced General Manager with a background in Commercial HVAC/R, Mechanical Services, Electrical, or Plumbing to lead operations in Williamsburg, VA. The role is responsible for managing daily operations, business growth, team leadership, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and service delivery
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance
• Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and field teams
• Support sales, business development, and customer relationships
• Ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Experience in Commercial HVAC/R or Mechanical Services industry
• 5+ years leadership or operations management experience
• 3+ years P&L management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be local to Williamsburg, VA
