Commercial HVAC Mechanic

Full-Time | In-Person

We are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Mechanics. This role is best suited for mechanics who are comfortable with installation, retrofit, and system changeouts, and who take pride in doing clean, efficient work.

What You’ll Work On

• Installation and retrofit of commercial HVAC systems, including:
• Rooftop units (RTUs)
• Air Handling Units (AHUs)
• Ductwork and fittings
• VAV systems
• Exhaust and ventilation systems
• Setting equipment, rigging, and coordinating installs on active jobsites
• Reading and working from blueprints, plans, and shop drawings
• Working alongside other trades to complete projects efficiently
• Assisting with startup and system turnover

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a commercial HVAC mechanic / installer
• Ability to read plans and work with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of installation practices and jobsite coordination
• Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented
• Experience with lifts, rigging, and working at heights
• Valid driver’s license

Schedule & Work Details

• Full-time, year-round work
• 8-hour shifts
• Overtime and weekends as needed
• Work performed in person

Pay: $47.00 - $58.83 per hour
