Commercial HVAC Plan Estimator

$75,000–$85,000 + commission and profit-sharing bonuses
Monday–Friday | Phoenix | In-office

Arizona Air Balance is hiring an experienced commercial HVAC professional to estimate testing and balancing projects for commercial buildings. This is a primarily office-based position reviewing mechanical plans—not an HVAC service role.

What You’ll Do

• Review commercial HVAC plans and specifications
• Complete air and hydronic system takeoffs
• Prepare accurate, competitive proposals
• Follow up with contractors to help secure projects
• Manage multiple bids, deadlines, and project details

What You Need

• Commercial HVAC experience required
• Ability to read mechanical plans
• Excellent computer skills required
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and PDF drawings
• Strong math, organization, accuracy, and follow-through
• Bluebeam or estimating experience preferred
