Job Overview
A Multifamily HVAC Estimator plays a crucial role in the construction industry by providing accurate cost estimates for multifamily apartment projects. Our Ideal Candidate will be responsible for take-offs, bid review, specification review, preparing estimates, turnover of project to Construction Team and communicating with customers and vendors etc.

Responsibilities
- Review blueprints, specifications, and other documents to understand the scope of the project.
- Calculate the costs of materials, labor, equipment, and other expenses required to complete the project.
- Prepare detailed bids and proposals for clients, ensuring all costs are accounted for.
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and ensure competitive pricing.
- Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Compile and present detailed cost reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of estimated and actual costs for future reference.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or cost estimation is highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel
- Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Professional (CCP) or Certified Estimator Technician (CET) can enhance job prospects
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset
- Bilingual is a plus!
Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
