Commercial HVAC Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management this role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and project scheduling.
• Collaborate with contractors, employees to review schematics and design plans.
• Maintain clear communication with contractors and employees throughout the project.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills to employees and contractors.
• Excellent time management skills that enable efficient prioritization of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel to job sites.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be 25+ years old.

Job Type: Full-time
