HVAC and Refrigeration Commercial Sales

Well-established family owned since 1987, air conditioning and refrigeration company, serving the DFW area is seeking qualified Sales Representative with a proven track record. HVAC sales a plus but not necessary. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, self motivated, goal oriented individual. Integrity and professionalism confirmed by references. This is a full time position.

Job Duties:

• Generate new customers
• Maintain customer relations
• Pursue in house sales leads
• Bid and manage projects
• Coordinate jobs with office staff and technicians

Skills/Qualifications:

• Self-starter
• Great communication skills
• Great customer service and relationship building skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Sales experience in HVAC trade
• Ability to find potential sales opportunities
• Reliable transportation

Compensation:

• Base Salary plus Commission
• Paid vacation and holidays
