Responsibilities
- Develop and manage commercial and industrial HVAC sales opportunities, including bid/spec, design-build, and negotiated projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, owners, engineers, and end users throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends, evaluate customer needs, and pursue new business opportunities
- Prepare project estimates, proposals, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism
- Negotiate project scope, pricing, and contracts with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication from initial contact through project completion
- Assist with project coordination and management on awarded projects to ensure successful execution
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial mechanical systems sales, HVAC sales, or related technical sales roles
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and mechanical applications
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze market conditions and identify growth opportunities
- Experience with estimating, project management, or design-build processes is preferred
