Commercial HVAC Sales/Estimator

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage commercial and industrial HVAC sales opportunities, including bid/spec, design-build, and negotiated projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, owners, engineers, and end users throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends, evaluate customer needs, and pursue new business opportunities
  • Prepare project estimates, proposals, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism
  • Negotiate project scope, pricing, and contracts with clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication from initial contact through project completion
  • Assist with project coordination and management on awarded projects to ensure successful execution

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in commercial or industrial mechanical systems sales, HVAC sales, or related technical sales roles
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and mechanical applications
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to analyze market conditions and identify growth opportunities
  • Experience with estimating, project management, or design-build processes is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per week
