Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of HVAC technicians and provide guidance and support
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist with continually improving preventive maintenance programs
- Recruit, interview, hire and onboard technicians in partnership with the Operations Manager to meet staffing and budget targets
- Have the ability to work in the field when needed
- Coordinate with other departments to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks
- Work with Senior technicians to train new technicians on proper HVAC procedures and techniques
- Provide customers with quotations in a timely manner (when needed)
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used to provide customer reporting
- Conduct routine meetings with field staff to ensure we are up to date on any new industry protocols and/or procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous Commercial HVAC Service Management/Supervisor experience required.
- Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in Commercial HVAC service.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating and ventilation.
- Process cooling experience required (Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, built up AHUs, etc.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
- Excellent mechanical knowledge and skills
- Strong computer literacy with service software and Microsoft office.
- Strong leadership abilities with supervising a team effectively.
- Great communication skills to interact with clients, technicians, and other departments.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
