We're hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Technician!

This position provides service and maintenance to our residential and light commercial customers. We are a high-tech company and Trane Comfort Specialists.

Job Title: Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Pay: Uncapped earning potential

Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide proper diagnostics and repairs on a wide variety of light commercial and residential air conditioning systems
• Perform routine maintenance and on-demand service / maintenance calls
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Complete repairs for diagnosed systems in a precise and thorough manner
• Clear communication on diagnostics & repair recommendations, and providing and invoicing for customers and service manager
  
  

Qualifications / Skills

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 3+ years' experience as a Service Technician
• Commercial RTU experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Experience in consulting customers' repairs and products
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Knowledge of TRANE equipment a plus!
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• NATE Certifications or acquire during employment - we train!
• Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School
• High school diploma or equivalent
