An industry-leading mechanical contractor in North West Ohio, is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing Service Team.

**If you would like to run your own satellite operation while having the assistance from the home base of a large Mechanical Contractor, this position is for you. This position could transition into being a leader of others as the work grows in the area. **

General Candidate Profile

• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years HVAC experience preferred
• Sign on Bonus: Up to $5,000 depending on experience
• Salary Range: $65,000–$95,000
• Travel: Minimal (typically in Cleveland/Akron, Ohio area within a 60-mile radius)
• Specialties: Advanced HVAC service
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Typical Role Description

Candidates experience preferred would be the following:

• Maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems
• Able to work independently while coordinating with the main office
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical malfunctions; repairing or replacing damaged components
• Performing regularly scheduled preventive maintenance
• Building strong customer relationships and understanding customer needs and expectations
