We are hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support our growing commercial team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in service and maintenance who is comfortable diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and maintaining system performance across a range of commercial equipment. We are open to technicians at different experience levels, with compensation aligned to skillset and capability.

$28.00-$40.00 per hour based on experience, with earning potential up to $78,000-$90,000+ with overtime

What You'll Do
In this role, you will diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, VRF systems, VAVs, and controls. You will troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and electronic components, perform system startups and performance checks, and complete routine maintenance to ensure optimal system operation. You may also assist with equipment installations and replacements as needed. Technicians are expected to maintain accurate service records, communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, and follow all safety procedures and company standards on every job.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a technician with at least 2-3 years of HVAC service or maintenance experience, ideally within commercial environments. Candidates should have a strong understanding of electrical systems, refrigeration, schematics, and controls, along with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues effectively. EPA Universal Certification is required, and NATE certification is a plus. The ability to read blueprints, work independently, and adapt in the field is important. You should be comfortable working in varying conditions, including heights and confined spaces, and must have a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
