We’re looking for a senior-level HVAC Technician (Tech III) who can diagnose, lead, and execute — someone who thrives in both service work and hands-on project execution.

What You’ll Do:

Service & Advanced Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and repair complex commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAV, controls)
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems
• Perform startups, system testing, and commissioning support

Retrofit & Small Projects

• Lead equipment changeouts and system upgrades
Execute work from demo install startup
• turnover
• Handle tenant improvement (TI) HVAC scope and duct modifications
• Read drawings, review scope, and coordinate with PMs and field teams
• Identify change orders and fielddriven opportunities

Lead in the Field

• Run small crews (13 team members)
• Mentor Tech I & II technicians
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards

Customer & Revenue Impact

• Serve as a trusted field contact for customers
• Identify repair, upgrade, and retrofit opportunities
• Support service and project teams in driving revenue growth

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
• Strong background in both service AND retrofit/construction work
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specs
• Experience leading jobs or small crews
• Solid troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and controls systems
