Commercial HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service commercial HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling units
• Complete commercial system change-outs and installations
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend appropriate repairs
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding service needs

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required
• HVAC experience required (training available for the right candidate)
• Ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with chillers and boilers (a strong plus but not required)
• Experience in commercial HVAC systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
