Pay Range: $24-$35/hour + profit sharing

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with overtime as needed

What You'll Do

• Assist with service, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC systems
• Support work on chillers and related equipment
• Troubleshoot basic system issues and learn advanced diagnostics
• Follow safety standards and deliver quality workmanship
• Work alongside experienced technicians to grow your skills

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
• Experience with chillers is a plus
• EPA Universal certification
• OSHA-10/30 preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
