Commercial HVAC Technician

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to diagnose, repair, maintain, and install a wide range of HVAC equipment. Candidates must be dependable, professional, and capable of working independently as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial HVAC experience required. Anything under 2 year no need to apply.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid Driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with rooftop units, split systems, package units, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration systems preferred.
• Install, replace, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal operation and compliance with safety standards and local codes.
• Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports documenting all work performed for accountability and future reference.
• Hands-on experience with equipment repair using tools such as ohmmeters; welding or sheet metal skills are a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
