Join a growing team where your commercial HVAC experience and leadership make an impact. We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Lead Installer / Lead Mechanic who can lead projects in the field, maintain high-quality workmanship, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Position Summary

The Lead Commercial HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing commercial HVAC systems, coordinating jobsite activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and a dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Install and oversee ductwork, piping, and HVAC equipment installations
• Perform control wiring and system connections
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Ensure installations meet code requirements and company quality standards
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Train and mentor junior installers when needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
• Strong experience with:
• Ductwork installation
• Commercial piping systems
• HVAC equipment installation
• Control wiring
• Ability to work independently and lead projects with minimal supervision
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license required
