Commercial HVAC Technician

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have great experience in commercial HVAC systems. This role involves working directly with commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The technician will ensure effective and efficient operation.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and repair issues with heating and cooling equipment, utilizing proper tools for accurate assessments.
• Conduct installations of new HVAC units, ductwork and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with excellence.
• Collaborate to address HVAC-related issues within residential or commercial properties.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used for inventory management.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Experience

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in field service.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including duct, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical components.
• Experience with refrigeration is highly desirable.
• Experience with BAS Controls is highly desired.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $35.00 - $43.50 per hour
