We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team and deliver top-tier service for a diverse range of commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems. Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of commercial HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
- Conduct field service visits to client sites, ensuring timely resolution of mechanical problems with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment to assess system performance and identify faults.
- Repair or replace mechanical components such as motors, compressors, valves, welders, and other equipment necessary for system operation.
- Maintain detailed service records, complete work orders accurately, and document all repairs performed for future reference.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all service activities to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a service technician in commercial HVAC/R systems with a strong mechanical background.
- Knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC installation and maintenance projects.
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans effectively.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing systems, refrigeration , boilers, and appliance repair.
- Mechanical knowledge of HVAC components such as air conditioning units, ductwork, pumps, valves, and electrical controls.
- Field service experience demonstrating the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently on-site.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL or <PERSON> driver certification is a plus.
- Skills in welding, equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and property upkeep are highly desirable.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
